Oval wooden table
The oval wooden table belongs to the BÓN family of multifunctional furniture. We have manufactured it from oak wood, which meets high requirements in terms of strength, durability and functional qualities. The wood has been protected with a matt transparent varnish. This finish effectively protects the tabletop from accidental scratches and colour changes when exposed to sunlight. The furniture is compact, but can successfully serve as a dining table for a family of several people. It can seat six people. It can be used with standard chairs or wooden benches from the BÓN collection.
Friendly, striking design
The BÓN wooden dining table is an ascetic and eye-catching design. The concept was inspired by Scandinavian minimalism. Despite its simplicity, the table is characterised by design sophistication. It manifests itself in the very apt proportions and the soft line of the tabletop. The oval finish has more advantages than just an interesting appearance. It is safe for children, who can move freely around the table without fear of hitting a sharp corner as with a traditional rectangular top. The table can be successfully called a family piece of furniture. The design was awarded in the prestigious "Good Design 2021" competition.
Practical and versatile
The timelessness of the oval table is expressed not only in the use of natural light wood, but also in its optical lightness and excellent usability. The furniture was also designed to work well in small interiors, such as small flats. The design reconciles the table's as compact dimensions as possible with the comfort of its use. Thanks to its thin (but sturdy) top and slender, interesting legs, the furniture does not visually weigh down the room in which it is placed. It is well-balanced and stable, positively contributing to its durability and usability. Thanks to its universal design, it will go well with Scandi and Japanese styles and boho, vintage, minimalist and classic arrangements.

This is achieved, among other things, through the responsible selection of wood raw materials. We source our oak from State Forests in areas that boast FSC certification. This demonstrates our respect for the principles of sustainable forest management. Our focus on local operations allows us to reduce the use of transport and minimise our harmful carbon footprint. The national location of the entire process - from design to production and sales - is also part of our philosophy.
